Directions

Place mango and milk in a blender, and blend until smooth. If you’re looking to add more ingredients, like spinach or additional fruits, blend them with the mango and milk. Just keep in mind that more ingredients require extra milk! Then, add chia seeds and CBD oil, and pulse just 2-3 times to combine.

CBD Dinner: Penne Pasta With Sauce

Ingredients

For this recipe, you’ll need:

  • 12 ounces cooked penne
  • 8 ounces button mushroom 
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • CBD oil for six servings

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet with a lid. Add red pepper flakes and garlic, and cook until garlic is softened. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for about five minutes. Add spinach and cover for 2 minutes, until the spinach is wilted. Stir in pasta sauce and remove the skillet from heat, letting it cool for 5 minutes. In a separate small bowl, combine CBD oil with greek yogurt. Add greek yogurt mixture to the sauce, and then stir in penne. Garnish with parmesan.

All of the ingredients here can be easily swapped out for vegan or gluten-free alternatives, like almond flour or flax eggs. Don’t be afraid to get creative!

Ingredients

For this recipe, you’ll need:

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup butter (alt: almond butter)
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 drops vanilla extract
  • CBD oil for 14 servings

Directions

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Mix flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add in egg and coconut oil, creating a dough-like mixture. Form dough into cookie shapes on a sheet of baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow them to cool. Once cooled, crush the cookies into cookie crumbs and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, and your desired amount of CBD oil. Keep in mind that whatever amount of CBD added will be split among 14 servings. Add ½ of the cookie crumbs to the mixing bowl, and fold until distributed. Using a spoon, scoop out 14 balls of the mixture. Take each ball and roll it in the remaining cookie crumbs until coated. Then, allow the cheesecake bites to chill in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
